Viceversa is a growing clothing brand with a range of products at an average price. Its offer is directed toward both men and women who appreciate the classic elegance and comfort of wearing high-quality clothing. ViceVersa’s extensive sales network includes its own stores, franchises, and partnerships located throughout Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Localization
The sales network includes 15 individual stores as well as franchise stores plus 150 stores of external partners in Poland. The addresses are available at www.viceversa.pl.

Available assortment
ViceVersa offers a collection of clothes for both ladies and gentlemen. We offer our clients casual wear as well as smart office attire. Varied colors and patterns make the collection versatile and, depending on individual needs, allow the ability to create a unique image.

Target group
Our target group is customers over 30 years of age, who value comfort and impeccable quality.

Exchange rules
Exchanges with receipts for garments in original condition and unattached tags are allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchange may only be proceeded in the place of original purchase.

Exposition
Exposition is being changed regularly based on collection’s schedule.

New deliveries
New collections are being launched twice a year: Autumn-Winter and Spring-Summer. Except sales season deliveries of new styles are proceeded every 2 weeks.
Visual concept
Based on a single visual concept Viceversa brand has built its own network stores, franchises and partnerships.
Visual Merchandising
Stores are designed according to the latest trends in visual merchandising, while maintaining a customer friendly atmosphere. Yakan provides assistance in store design, system and the arrangement of furniture in the clothing store.
